We went to visit my family in Memphis this past weekend. On Friday, we went to the Memphis Zoo. My mom came with us. It was a cool, windy day; however, the four of us had a great time.
This picture was taken as we were leaving. The entrance to the zoo is beautiful, with Egyptian art and several animal statues. Shelby's favorite statues were the gorilla, the elephant, and the lion. We took pictures at each statue.

We are hoping that next time we drive through Memphis we can stop there and visit. I have always wanted to- glad to know it is awesome!
